How to delete your account in the app

1. Open Trace2048.
2. Sign in with your nickname and password.
3. Open Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm. The account is deleted immediately.

How to request deletion by email

1. Write to [email protected].
2. Use the subject: Delete Trace2048 account.
3. Include your nickname.
4. We delete the account after we can match the request, usually within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Nickname and password hash
• Scores and game progress stored on our servers
• The device link to the account

Deleted account data is not kept. In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within 7 days.

What is not deleted

• Progress stored only on your device, until you clear app data or uninstall
• Advertising identifiers handled by Google AdMob under Google’s policies (we do not keep them after account deletion)
